Vanessa, founder of Vamos College Advising, started this venture in 2024 as a result of her own experiences in education navigating K-12 public schools. Born and raised in Lancaster, California, access to college advising resources was limited. As a first generation graduate, she paved the way in her family, graduating from UCLA, Harvard and California State University, East Bay. She has now set out to support others in their journey to higher education.
